Brown & Brown is hiring a Commercial Lines Senior Account Manager to support a diverse middle-market client base across multiple offices in MA and NH. You will collaborate with the Commercial Lines Leader and Office Leader to service clients, market new accounts, and deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; an associate or bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• 4+ years in a Commercial Lines role within an agency or company.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite and office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Build and expand relationships with clients at all levels and coordinate resources to meet needs.
• Manage and retain existing books of business and address client requests.
• Prepare billings/invoices timely and ensure documentation in agency systems.
• Lead end-to-end client service from marketing to renewals and proposals.
