Brown & Brown is seeking a Commercial Lines Senior Account Manager to join our team in the Boston area. The role focuses on servicing large middle-market commercial accounts, collaborating with producers, and driving new business opportunities while ensuring exceptional client service.

The position requires 4+ years in Commercial Lines and an active Insurance Producer license. Office locations include Boston, Dedham, Merrimack, or Holbrook with a strong emphasis on accuracy and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate/bachelor preferred.
• 4+ years in Commercial Lines at agency or company level.
• Insurance Producer license in good standing in applicable states.

Responsibilities

• Build and strengthen client relationships and coordinate with resources to meet client needs.
• Manage and retain existing books of business.
• Prepare billings/invoices and ensure timely processing.
• Oversee end-to-end client service, marketing, and document management.
• Review reports and prepare renewals, proposals, and presentations.
