Brown & Brown in Boston, MA (also Dedham, MA or Merrimack, NH) seeks a Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our team. You will collaborate with the Commercial Lines Leader and Office Leader to service the client base and market new accounts, ensuring high service standards and timely renewal activity.

You will build strong client relationships, manage existing books, prepare billings, and coordinate with producers to address underwriting issues, while maintaining confidentiality and

Formación

• 3+ years of Commercial Lines experience.
• Strong technical knowledge of the industry.
• Insurance Producer license in good standing.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite.
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.

Responsabilidades

• Build, expand and solidify relationships with clients at all levels within the company and lead appropriate resources to address the client's needs, including risk and the identification and resolution of underwriting or policy issues.
• Manage and retain existing books of business.
• Follow up to address customer needs and resolve any problems or issues.
• Prepare billings and/or invoices on a timely basis.
• Responsible for the end-to-end client service process such as marketing and updating agency management system with final required documents.
• Review daily, weekly, monthly reports such as expiration and daily downloads.
• Prepare customer renewals, including proposals and presentations while ensuring agreement with customer requests / requirements.
