Brown & Brown, Inc. in Merrimack, NH is seeking a Commercial Lines Senior Account Manager to join our team. This role focuses on servicing complex mid-market clients, renewals, marketing, and collaborating with producers to grow the book of business.

The ideal candidate will have a 4+ year background in Commercial Lines, an active Insurance Producer license, solid knowledge of the industry, and proficiency with MS Office. Office presence in our Merrimack location is required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years functioning in Commercial Lines department at an agency or company
• Insurance Producer license in good standing
• Strong technical knowledge of Commercial Lines
• Proficient with MS Office Suite

Responsibilities

• Build, expand and solidify relationships with clients at all levels and lead resources to address needs
• Manage and retain existing books of business
• Follow up to address customer needs and resolve problems
• Prepare billings and/or invoices on a timely basis
• End-to-end client service: marketing and updating agency management system with final documents
• Review reports and prepare renewals, including proposals and presentations
