Job summary

Remote work is available for California residents with on-site requirements as needed to meet business needs. The role focuses on managing and expanding an assigned book of business, ensuring client retention, handling renewals, and coordinating service activities from policy administration to billing

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of account management experience or 5+ years in the insurance industry.
• Active property & casualty licensing is required; CIC or equivalent preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional customer service, communication, multitasking, and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned book of business, ensuring retention and supporting new business.
• Coordinate day-to-day administrative and customer service activities, resolving complex issues.
• Direct daily activities of the account management team and ensure timely policy administration.
