Requires 3–5 years in account management or 5+ years in insurance, active P&C licensing (CIC preferred), and solid MS Office skills.

Qualifikationen

• 3-5 years of account management experience, or 5+ years in the insurance industry.
• Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs.
• Active property & casualty licensing; CIC or equivalent preferred.

• Manage an assigned book of business, ensuring retention and supporting new business.
• Coordinate day-to-day administrative and customer service activities, resolving complex issues and ensuring accuracy.
• Direct daily activities of the account management team.
• Handle policy administration, billing, claims, and coverage analysis.
• Manage policy expirations and renewals; conduct client research and present proposals.
• Monitor reports and address delinquent accounts; collect balances.
• Maintain agency management systems and carrier/vendor platforms.
• Maintain timely communication with the account team about workload and issues.
• Deliver excellent service and proactively anticipate client needs.
• Stay updated on company policies and procedures.
• Seek and adopt best practices to improve performance.
• Demonstrate integrity and leadership.
