The role focuses on managing a book of business, ensuring retention, and supporting new business with strong service delivery.

Ideal candidates have 3-5 years in account management or 5+ years in insurance, with active P&C licensing.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of account management experience or 5+ years in insurance
• Strong knowledge of brokerage and client needs
• Active property & casualty licensing; CIC or equivalent preferred
• Excellent communication, multitasking and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned book of business, ensuring account retention and supporting new business.
• Coordinate day-to-day administrative and customer service activities, resolving complex issues, and ensuring no errors or omissions.
• Maintain technical competence and industry expertise.
• Direct daily activities of the account management team.
• Handle customer service requests, policy administration, billing, claims and coverage analysis.
• Manage policy expirations and renewals.
• Communicate workload status and any issues to the account team.
