Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma
• 2+ years in Commercial Lines department
• Insurance Producer license in good standing
• Proficient with MS Office Suite
• Strong client service and communication skills
• Ability to handle confidential information

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels, lead resources to address client needs
• Manage and retain existing book of business
• Follow audit and performance standards as outlined by leadership
• Prepare client renewals, proposals and presentations
• Manage agency management system and processing tasks
