Job summary

Acrisure, a global fintech leader, seeks a Commercial Lines Large Account Manager to maintain policies and service for mid-size to large accounts. You will drive client retention, support renewals, and work with client advisors to tailor coverage while delivering exceptional service.

You will market, quote, and prepare proposals from a risk-management perspective, provide day-to-day service, and mentor junior staff. On-site collaboration is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field and/or 3+ years commercial insurance experience or recognized equivalent.
• Hold and maintain appropriate state Property and Casualty Insurance license.
• Initiate, obtain, and maintain CISR Elite, CIC, or other advanced designations.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and assist client advisors on account updates and coverage for mid-size to large accounts.
• Collaborate with client advisors to review exposures and insurance programs to determine best fit.
• Market, quote, and prepare proposals from risk management and insurance perspectives.
• Provide day-to-day service and respond to client issues in a timely manner.
• Manage claims process and communicate progress to clients.
• Monitor carrier activities and ensure policy endorsements and claims are handled properly.
• Conduct account reviews and pursue opportunities to round out clients’ portfolios.
• Keep clients informed about changes in the insurance market that could impact coverage.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to team initiatives.
