Job summary

Acrisure Texas Risk Advisors & Insurance Services, LLC is seeking a Senior Account Manager to lead service for large commercial accounts and support Account Executives on complex client needs.

You will oversee renewal processes, design placement strategies, and ensure accurate documentation while maintaining strong client relationships. On-site collaboration is expected to drive cross-functional performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with Commercial Lines Property & Casualty required.
• Active Property & Casualty license required; CRIS or CPCU a plus.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; proficient in MS Word/Outlook/Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day service and stewardship of large and complex accounts.
• Oversee full renewal lifecycle: data collection, analysis, marketing, negotiations.
• Manage new business marketing with Producers and Account Executives.
• Review policy audits for accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure accuracy of policy documents, endorsements, and binders.
• Provide expert client support and proactive guidance.
