Job summary

Acrisure, a global fintech leader, seeks a Commercial Lines Large Account Manager in California to maintain policy service for assigned accounts and drive client retention. You will work with client advisors to review exposures, market programs, and prepare competitive proposals while delivering exceptional service.

You will coordinate with teams to ensure timely responses, renewals, and up-selling opportunities, and contribute to profitable growth with strong relationships and industry

Qualifications

• Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills with proper grammar and punctuation.
• Strong math or accounting understanding.
• High critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Attention to detail with minimal errors.
• Ability to adapt to fast-changing priorities.
• Proficiency with MS Office and related software.
• Knowledge of Agency Management Systems; Applied Epic is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain relationships and service for mid-size to large accounts.
• Review exposures and insurance programs to determine best carrier fit.
• Market, quote, and prepare proposals for risk management decisions.
• Provide day-to-day service and timely responses to client questions.
• Handle initial claim reports and monitor progress with clients.
• Monitor carrier activities and policy endorsements.
• Complete account reviews and explore opportunity rounding.
• Solicit additional lines to broaden insurance portfolios where applicable.
• Keep clients informed about changes in the insurance landscape.
• Cooperate with platform management and mentor junior staff.
