Job summary

Acrisure in Florida is seeking a Senior Account Manager in Large Commercial Lines to lead day-to-day service for a portfolio of large, complex commercial accounts and support Account Executives as needed.

You will manage the renewal lifecycle, coordinate marketing, submissions, quotes, and carrier negotiations, ensure precision in policy documents and binders, and maintain strong client relationships through proactive service and expert guidance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with Commercial Lines Property & Casualty.
• Strong organizational and proactive prioritization abilities.
• Computer skills: Word, Outlook and Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Mathematical skills: discounts, premiums, commissions, proportions.
• Reasoning skills to solve problems and interpret instructions.
• Applied Systems / EPIC experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day service and stewardship of designated large/complex accounts.
• Oversee the full renewal lifecycle including data collection and carrier negotiations.
• Manage new business marketing with Producers and Account Executives.
• Review policy audits and address discrepancies with carriers/clients.
• Ensure accuracy of policy documents, endorsements, and binders.
• Provide expert client support and proactive guidance.
• Issue certificates, endorsements, policies, and ID cards.
• Maintain documentation in Applied EPIC with accuracy.
• Utilize agency platforms to improve workflow efficiency.
• Partner with Producers/Account Executives and elevate risks to leadership.
• Stay current on industry trends and underwriting guidelines.
• Maintain deep expertise in commercial coverages and program structures.
• Support continuous improvement and mentor junior team members.
• Perform additional duties and backup support as needed.
