Job summary

Acrisure is seeking a Commercial Lines Large Account Manager to lead policy maintenance and service for a portfolio of mid-size to large accounts from an on-site location in South Carolina. You will drive retention, renewal goals, and client satisfaction while collaborating with client advisors on coverage, risk, and carrier selections.

You will provide day-to-day service, respond to client questions, and manage ongoing communications with carriers and teams.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills with correct grammar and punctuation.
• Strong accounting understanding or math skills.
• High level of critical thinking and problem-solving abilities when answers aren’t clear.
• Attention to detail with a track record of accuracy.
• Ability to adapt to changing directions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with MS Office and related technology platforms.
• Knowledge of Agency Management Systems; Applied Epica plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain strong client relationships and assist the client advisors with account updates and coverages.
• Collaborate with client advisors to review exposures and determine best carrier fit for the client.
• Market, quote, and prepare proposals from risk management and insurance perspectives.
• Provide timely, professional communication to clients, team, and carriers.
• Monitor carrier activities and ensure policy endorsements and claims progress as needed.
• Complete account reviews and seek opportunities to round out a client’s portfolio.
