Qualifications

• 5+ years experience with Commercial Lines Property & Casualty required.
• Active Property & Casualty License required.
• EPIC or Applied Systems experience is a plus.
• Strong administrative and numerical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day service and stewardship of a designated book of large commercial accounts.
• Oversee and execute the full renewal lifecycle, including data collection, exposure analysis, marketing strategy development, carrier negotiations, and renewal proposals.
• Manage new business marketing efforts with Producers and Account Executives to design placement strategies and evaluate quotes.
• Review and analyze policy audits, ensuring accuracy and addressing discrepancies with carriers and clients.
• Provide expert-level client support and maintain documentation in the agency management system.
