Job summary

Insurica seeks a Commercial Account Manager to assist clients with service needs and make changes to existing accounts, helping meet service and sales standards. This role supports Producers and Account Executives in handling new and renewal commercial business and maintaining high service levels.

Key duties include processing applications, preparing proposals, coordinating with carriers, and ensuring timely delivery of documents to clients, while maintaining organized files and data integrity.

Qualifications

• Must possess knowledge of rating procedures, coverage, and industry operations.
• Full knowledge of insurance markets essential.
• Strong PC skills and ability to use agency management systems.

Responsibilities

• Prepare applications for new and renewal business.
• Prepare proposals, binders, certificates, account summaries, endorsements, policies, and related documents.
• Ensure items are delivered and/or mailed to the client; maintain follow-up and suspense files.
• Review and update policies, endorsements, audits, and cancellations for accuracy; input transactions for billing invoices.
• Assist Producers and Account Executives in issuing coverage in a timely manner.
