Job summary

Qualifications

• Property and Casualty license or willingness and ability to quickly obtain a preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process endorsements, certificates, and invoices for all transactions as per instructions from the Account Manager.
• Process change confirmations and maintain client files; input data accurately into automation systems.
• Assist with processing new and renewal business, including application assembly and proposals.
• Invoice-commercial premium transactions following agency procedures and guidelines.
• Handle cancellations and maintain knowledge of change procedures.
• Provide prompt, courteous service to customers and prospects; support team with rating programs.
