Job summary

INSURICA, Inc. is seeking a Senior Account Manager to support the production, renewal, and service of commercial accounts. You will work to retain and grow client relationships, prepare renewal proposals, and coordinate loss control or other services as needed.

The role emphasizes underwriting guidelines, pricing, and presenting insurance programs to key accounts and prospects while maintaining high service standards and timely coverage issuance.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of insurance experience focused on commercial lines and surety preferred.
• Licenses as required by state insurance departments or the ability to obtain them.
• Proven experience with mid-size to large commercial clients is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Market, service, develop and retain assigned accounts to meet growth targets.
• Obtain renewal information, complete applications, deliver policies, and coordinate services.
• Prepare renewal proposals and conduct renewal meetings with clients.
• Refer clients to other departments for additional lines of coverage as needed.
• Maintain accurate files in the agency management system and generate stewardship reports.
