Job summary

Cross Insurance is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager to service new and renewal policies for commercial clients. You will maintain strong relationships with customers, underwriters, and professionals while supporting Account Executives in pricing, submissions, and renewals.

Qualifications

• P&C licensure required.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Proven experience in selling insurance products.
• Strong customer service and written/verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Service commercial policies (new and renewal) and maintain relationships with clients, underwriters and AE.
• Respond to customer inquiries and coverage questions with guidance from the Account Executive.
• Follow up with underwriters for quotes and timely responses; prepare binders and renewal submissions.
