You will build strong client relationships, manage renewals, and advise on coverage needs while maintaining high service standards and leveraging technology to enhance outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
• Excellent PowerPoint and presentation skills for client meetings and webinars.
• Four-year degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary business contact for assigned large accounts and guide the account team.
• Design insurance plans and bind coverage as needed.
• Strategically remarket renewals to maintain high account retention.
• Prepare proposals, loss evaluations, and risk analyses with accurate quotations.
• Facilitate claims processes and conduct client audits and reviews.
