Insurance Office of America is seeking a Senior Account Associate - Commercial Lines to support the account team from a remote role focused on Eastern and Central time zones, with potential on-site work in Longwood, FL as needed.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of insurance client service experience, deep brokerage knowledge, active licensing (CISR preferred), strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office to handle renewals, endorsements, submissions, and

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience in insurance.
• Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs.
• Active licensing; CISR preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent customer service, communication, multitasking and organizational abilities.
• Proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day activities and workflow of support staff and account team.
• Track policy expirations and ensure renewals are processed on time.
• Process endorsements, audits, cancellations, and related policy actions.
• Support new and renewal business through submissions, coverages, and proposals.
• Assist in reviewing contracts for proper coverages.
• Monitor delinquent accounts and manage collections.
• Maintain agency systems and data accuracy.
• Communicate workload status with the account team.
• Deliver proactive service and uphold IOA values.
