Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service in insurance brokerage.
• Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs.
• Active licensing required; CISR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day activities of support staff and account team.
• Track policy expirations and renewals.
• Process endorsements, audits, cancellations, and billing inaccuracies.
• Support new and renewal business; prepare submissions and bind coverage.
• Review contracts for proper coverages.
• Monitor delinquent accounts and collect balances.
• Maintain agency management systems and carrier platforms.
• Communicate workload status with the team.
• Deliver proactive, high-quality service and make improvements.
