Axos Bank is seeking a Sr. Commercial Product Management Analyst to partner with Commercial teams on lending workflows and system requirements.

You will coordinate with Technology to design scalable solutions and triage enhancement requests for Salesforce and nCino, expanding scope to automation, AI, and cross‑organisational improvements. Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in business/product analysis in multi-system environments.
• Knowledge of commercial lending workflows in regulated environments.
• Experience triaging issues and transforming needs into clear requirements.
• Strong analytical and communication skills to influence cross-functional partners.
• Able to prioritize, manage deadlines, and navigate ambiguity.
• Exposure to Salesforce, nCino, workflow/orchestration and data integration tools.
• Familiarity with product/project management and product discovery practices.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary intake point for Commercial Lending enhancement requests (Salesforce, nCino).
• Triage requests, define scope, and coordinate routing with Product and Technology partners.
• Identify patterns, suggest fixes or improvements, and track requests to completion.
• Design end-to-end workflows across people, process, systems, data, and automation/AI.
• Translate business needs into clear requirements and assess tradeoffs.
• Collaborate with Technology to evaluate tools for fit and maintainability.
• Apply knowledge of lending workflows to inform analysis and solution design.
• Identify opportunities to reduce manual work and improve data quality.
• Produce clear documentation: workflow diagrams, process descriptions, decision records.
• Define and track KPIs to measure impact of process improvements.
