Axos Bank in Las Vegas is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support Accounting & Finance priorities, primarily focusing on Jack Henry Silverlak (JHA) while providing project support for LoanIQ integrations, data, testing, reporting, and production support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of Business Analyst experience in financial systems, banking operations, or enterprise tech initiatives.
• Strong experience with Jack Henry (JHA) platforms including GL, deposits, loans, interfaces, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Proven ability to facilitate Agile delivery including requirements gathering, process analysis, sprint planning, backlog management, and user stories.
• Experience using Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, and reporting/analytics tools to manage requirements, defects, enhancements, and production support.
• Knowledge of Accounting & Finance processes, including loan/deposit operations, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Experience with system implementations, upgrades, integrations, conversions, and UAT in banking/fintech environments.
• Familiarity with SDLC, SOX controls, audit requirements, and governance-driven development.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements for initiatives.
• Coordinate testing, defect management, and UAT.
• Support project tracking, sprint management and delivery activities.
• Create and maintain PBIs in Azure DevOps and convert ServiceNow requests into actionable requirements.
• Maintain documentation, SOPs, process maps, and test artifacts.
• Ensure change control and governance compliance across initiatives.
• Develop operational and management reporting and dashboards.
