Job summary

An established financial institution is looking for a Business Analyst to improve loan origination workflows and overall banker experience. The ideal candidate will have experience with nCino and Salesforce in a financial services environment, ensuring system enhancements align with regulatory standards. This role allows flexibility for remote work while ideally being onsite in Ohio. Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Business Analyst within nCino and/or Salesforce environments.

Job description

We are searching for a Business Analyst who brings strong commercial lending or credit expertise along with hands-on experience supporting nCino and Salesforce, translating business requirements into scalable solutions that improve loan origination workflows and overall banker experience.

What you’ll do

• Partner with Commercial Lending, Credit Risk, and Operations teams to gather requirements, conduct process mapping and gap analysis, and translate lending workflows into clear functional specifications and user stories.
• Support the configuration and enhancement of nCino LOS capabilities (including onboarding, underwriting, and servicing) by collaborating closely with Salesforce Administrators, Developers, and Product Owners to deliver scalable, efficient solutions.
• Lead stakeholder workshops, support UAT planning and execution, and ensure all system enhancements align with regulatory, risk, and credit governance standards.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Business Analyst within nCino and/or Salesforce Financial Services environments.
• Strong knowledge of commercial lending processes, credit underwriting, and loan operations.
• Proven ability to elicit requirements and translate lending workflows into functional system solutions.
• Experience working in Agile environments, including writing and managing user stories.
• Effective communicator with the ability to collaborate across technical teams and business stakeholders.
