Job summary

WaFd Bank's Boise campus seeks a Commercial Product Analyst to analyze workflows, system use, and lending processes, identifying optimization opportunities to enhance the frontline experience. This role serves as a bridge between Regional Deal Teams, Lending Operations, and the Commercial Product team, supporting CRM functions alongside lending workflows.

You will work with Commercial and Business Banking leadership to understand business, risk, product, financial, and regulatory needs while

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in Commercial Banking or Lending.
• Strong communication, organization and customer relations skills.
• Ability to learn systems (nCino, DNA, Built, CoStar, APIs) and use Excel/SQL for analysis.
• Analytical, listening, and problem-solving skills; work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Gather frontline feedback across regions for understanding and evaluation.
• Coordinate front line review and sign-off for product initiatives.
• Collaborate with System Administrators and Applications Teams to optimize products.
• Provide day-to-day frontline support for CRM or lending functionalities.
• Partner with the Commercial Product Manager to manage changes with proper oversight.
• Assess initiatives and help determine prioritization.
• Create and maintain internal product guides and workflows with training teams.
• Lead commercial cleanup projects with limited supervision.
• Identify KPIs and work with analytics for ongoing tracking and reporting.
• Assist with User Acceptance Testing with the Commercial Product Business Analyst.
