Job summary

Axos Bank is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support Accounting & Finance priorities, focusing on JHA, testing coordination, reporting, and data initiatives. You will liaise across business, technology, and operations teams to drive governance, requirements, and process improvements within banking and finance platforms.

You will leverage AI-enabled tools to enhance documentation, analysis, testing, and reporting, contributing to Finance modernization efforts and regulatory governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of Business Analyst experience in financials, banking, or enterprise tech initiatives.
• Strong experience with Jack Henry (JHA) platforms including general ledger, deposits, loans, interfaces, reconciliations, reporting, and workflows.
• Experience facilitating Agile delivery including requirements, sprint planning, and backlog management.
• Experience using Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, and reporting/analytics tools for requirements, defects, enhancements, and production support.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements.
• Support Finance and Accounting transformation initiatives.
• Coordinate testing, defect management, and UAT.
• Manage project tracking, sprint management, and delivery activities.
• Create and maintain PBIs, spikes, and work items in Azure DevOps.
• Convert ServiceNow requests into actionable requirements.
• Maintain documentation, SOPs, and process maps.
• Develop and maintain operational and management reporting.
