Job summary
Axos Bank is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support Accounting & Finance initiatives, focusing on Jack Henry Silverlak (JHA) and integration work for LoanIQ, reporting, and data platforms. You will bridge business stakeholders with technology teams, drive requirements, testing, governance, and process improvements across banking functions.
The role emphasizes SDLC governance, SOX controls, and crafting documentation to enable transformation and finance modernization efforts.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of Business Analyst experience in financial systems, banking operations, or enterprise technology initiatives.
- Strong experience with Jack Henry (JHA) platforms including GL, deposits, loans, interfaces, reconciliations, reporting, and workflows.
- Proven ability to facilitate Agile delivery: requirements gathering, process analysis, sprint planning, backlog management, and creating PBIs.
Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements.
- Coordinate testing, defect management, and user acceptance testing.
- Monitor backlog health, aging items, and workload trends.
- Develop and maintain operational and management reporting.
