The role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong organization, and the ability to manage multiple transactions in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with loan officers, underwriters, and IT to ensure timely processing.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree required in finance, business administration, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in commercial lending or loan operations.
• Strong knowledge of commercial loan products, documentation, and regulatory requirements.
• Fundamental math/accounting/finance skills (debits, credits, balancing, amortization).
• Prior paralegal, commercial lending loan administration and/or closing experience.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and review commercial loan documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Ensure documents are obtained, executed, and compliant with policies and regulations.
• Coordinate with loan officers, underwriters, and other parties to gather information.
• Maintain accurate loan files and records; conduct periodic reviews for compliance.
• Facilitate boarding of loans from origination to payment systems; ensure data integrity.
• Collaborate with IT and other departments to troubleshoot system integrations.
