Responsibilities

• Serve as the relationship manager for commercial clients and expand deposits/loans.
• Develop and manage a self-directed calling program for large, complex loans.
• Assess risk, prepare credit files, and present for review/decision.
• Build Centers of Influence and attend local networking events.
• Mentor and train Business Services Officers; support team goals.
