Job summary

Y-12 FCU is seeking a Director of Commercial Deposits & Treasury Services to lead the growth of our commercial deposit and treasury offerings in a hybrid, full-time role based in Oak Ridge, TN. You will work closely with the Chief Lending Officer and retail teams to expand our deposit portfolio and deliver innovative treasury solutions.

The position requires 8–10 years of related experience, a BS/BA in a relevant field, and strong sales, leadership, and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Eight to ten years similar or related experience.
• Equivalent to a college degree (BS or BA in a relevant field).

Responsibilities

• Lead, direct, and grow Y-12’s commercial deposit and treasury services.
• Create, develop, and execute on the commercial deposit strategy.
• Gain new commercial members and deepen product penetration among new and existing commercial members.
• Oversee treasury services management and True Treasury relationship.
• Develop staff through training programs for commercial and treasury.
