Regions Financial Corporation in Johnson City, Tennessee, seeks a Commercial Relationship Specialist to provide essential admin support to Relationship Managers across Commercial Banking, AG, GIB, SBA, and Franchise Lending. You will manage credit workflows, client servicing requests, reporting, and onboarding for Treasury Management clients.

Requirements include a bachelor’s degree with banking or client support experience or a high school diploma with expanded banking experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and two (2) years of banking or client support experience
• Or High School Diploma or GED and three (3) years of general banking experience

Responsibilities

• Assists Relationship Manager(s) by performing daily support activities related to client relationships
• Acts as a point of contact for Commercial Banking clients for servicing requests
• Attends weekly meetings with Relationship Manager(s) to discuss workflow items
• Provides reports for Relationship Manager(s) such as 360 Report and Weekly Sales Report
• Facilitates and manages credit application workflow including collecting financial information
• Manages post-closing requirements and loan maturity pipeline
• Liaises between Credit Products and the Commercial Team across underwriting and loan fulfillment
• Supports Relationship Manager(s) with sales support tasks
• Opens new deposit products for clients
• Onboards Treasury Management clients with guidance/resources
• Maintains data integrity for client accounts in source systems
• Maintains OneView administrative data and grouping for accurate reporting
• Supports GIB, SBA, AG, and Capital Markets within Commercial Banking
• Provides miscellaneous admin support and may mentor new associates
