Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 10+ years of commercial lending experience.
• Ability to manage and grow a complex portfolio.
• Strong relationship management and business development skills.
• FINRA licenses (SIE, 79, and 63) within 180 days.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a complex portfolio of companies in Nashville and across Tennessee.
• Drive new client acquisition and deepen existing relationships.
