Qualifications

• 10+ years of commercial lending banking experience.
• Minimum of 10 years of direct portfolio management experience.
• Strong finance background with knowledge of Treasury, FX, and derivative products.
• Proven sales track record and strong negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with middle market/commercial customers and manage existing client portfolios.
• Analyze financial statements and perform underwriting duties.
• Negotiate terms and conditions with borrowers and cross-sell bank products and services.
• Identify and develop qualified referrals from existing clients and investors.
• Lead and mentor a team of relationship managers and support staff.
• Monitor loan portfolios and ensure compliance with lending policies.
