Columbia Bank is seeking a seasoned Commercial Underwriter to manage and underwrite a large portfolio, monitor credit quality, and build strong client relationships in the Redding area. You will partner with the Commercial Relationship Manager and Credit Administration to assess risk and present loan recommendations.

• Strong knowledge of commercial underwriting, credit monitoring and portfolio management.
• Advanced understanding of credit policy and ability to risk-rate loans.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; proven relationship builder.

Responsabilidades

• Underwrite, monitor credit, and manage a $50–$200M commercial loan portfolio.
• Analyze financial data and present recommendations to Credit Administration.
• Serve as liaison between clients, Commercial Relationship Manager, and Credit Department.
• Ensure compliance with credit policy and regulatory guidelines; expand relationships.
• Attend client meetings and promote cross-sell of bank products.
• Monitor repayment activity and collect past-due accounts when needed.
• Stay current on bank regulations and complete required training.
