Qualifications

• 7–10 years of commercial underwriting/credit analysis experience or relevant lending experience.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with accounting and cash flow analysis experience.
• Ability to train and present to small and large audiences.
• Strong time management and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
• Advanced knowledge of credit policies, procedures, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Underwrites new and renewal Middle Market credit requests including LC, ABL, CRE, and equipment financing.
• Prepares timely, concise credit recommendations with risk mitigations.
• Uses Dual Risk Rating models and ensures policy exceptions are identified and mitigated.
• Monitors borrower financial performance and covenant calculations per loan documents.
• Collaborates with CSMs and Relationship Managers to present findings for approvals.
