Qualifications

• Min 5 years in Commercial Lending or related role.
• Knowledge of banking regulations (NCUA, Reg B, Patriot Act) and risk management.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, or equivalent direct experience.

Responsabilités

• Maintain and grow the MBL portfolio by calling on local businesses and groups to meet loan goals.
• Analyze financial information, assess risk, and approve or document credit decisions per policy.
• Underwrite loan requests, prepare loan memorandums for committees, and monitor portfolio performance.
