Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent with two years of related lending experience.
• Strong written and oral communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient with office equipment and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Familiarity with commercial loan closings documentation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review commercial loan commitment letters, closing docs and modifications; coordinate closings with lenders and attorneys.
• Monitor receipt of closing documents and missing items post closings.
• Create or modify credit files to accommodate new loan documents and archive paid documents.
• Set up and maintain commercial loan accounts and enter data into loan/core systems for servicing.
