Job summary

Qualifications

Experience in analysis, underwriting, preparing loan proposals and commercial portfolio management.
Min. of 5 years' experience in Commercial Lending.
Knowledge of banking regulations such as Reg B and NCUA.

Responsibilities

Maintain existing MBL portfolio and develop new member relationships by calling on local businesses and groups to meet loan goals.
Analyze financial information, assess risk, and recommend approval of commercial loan applications.
Advise prospective and current members on loan options and assess financial information.
Manage the loan portfolio, ensure customer satisfaction and timely follow-up on renewals and delinquencies.
Prepare loan documents, underwrite, close loans, and perform due diligence.
Participate in business development and civic initiatives to expand the member base.
Monitor portfolio quality and maintain up-to-date client files with financial statements.
Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies.
