Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred; 5+ years of commercial lending experience; strong underwriting knowledge; proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Generate new loan opportunities from portfolio and outside sources.
• Originate and renew Commercial & Industrial loans and Owner Occupied Real Estate loans.
• Promote and cross-sell bank products and services to customers.
• Interview applicants and collect information for loan applications.
• Request financial statements and other information for loan evaluation.
• Compile loan packages and negotiate loan structures.
