Qualifications

• ESOP lending experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Generate and service a wide variety of commercial loans, including complex credits.
• Develop strong, low-risk client relationships and act as the primary account manager.
• Develop leads through existing clients and referrals; expand client base.
• Lead sales, credit analysis, loan structuring, and repayment monitoring.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and credit performance monitoring.
