Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in banking, finance or related field with 4 years commercial lending experience.
• Advanced knowledge of commercial loans, credit analysis, lending and closing procedures.
• Strong business development and cross-selling skills.
• Ability to expand commercial lending portfolios and deepen client relationships.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; proficient with Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Drives the growth, retention, and strategic expansion of a portfolio of commercial business banking clients.
• Proactively sources new business through targeted development, cold calling, referrals, and networking.
• Acts as a trusted financial advisor to identify client needs and cross-sell banking solutions.
• Develops knowledge of client operations and goals via on-site visits and relationship plans.
• Collaborates across internal teams to resolve inquiries professionally.
• Meets or exceeds regional revenue, profitability, retention and satisfaction KPIs.
• Other duties as assigned.
