Job summary

Clients First Landscape Solutions in the Dallas–Fort Worth area is seeking a driven Business Development Manager to actively pursue new commercial landscape maintenance clients and win profitable, recurring contracts.

This prospecting-heavy, quota-driven role requires building relationships with HOAs, property managers, and facility owners, owning opportunities from discovery through contracts, with support from estimating and operations.

Qualifications

• Proven success in consultative sales and new business development.
• Strong written and verbal communication, proposal presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Relevant professional experience may substitute for a degree.

Responsibilities

• Make prospecting a consistent daily priority via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and visits.
• Build and execute a territory plan to generate qualified opportunities.
• Identify decision-makers and determine fit with CFLS’s capabilities.
• Own each opportunity from discovery to contract execution.
• Coordinate proposals with estimating and operations.
• Maintain CRM records and forecast with 30-, 60-, 90-day horizons.
