Job summary

Colvin Resources Group in Dallas, TX seeks a motivated sales professional to join a growing team focused on commercial landscape maintenance services. The ideal candidate will identify and develop new opportunities, build relationships with a knowledgeable customer base, and use our in-house CRM to track activity.

You will network, cold call, and coordinate with Operations to ensure project quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Minimum of 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in the landscape industry.
Proficient with computers and technology.
Strong communication skills that drive successful relationships with prospects, customers and operations staff.
Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast paced environment while operating with a high sense of urgency.

Responsibilities

Identify and develop new opportunities within the commercial landscape maintenance arena.
Expand the maintenance portfolio through goal oriented networking, cold calling, and marketing.
Utilize in-house CRM platforms to identify, develop and track all prospective sales activity and customer communication.
Proactively communicate daily with prospects, customers, and team members.
Have open two-way dialogue with the Operations team to ensure quality of projects and customer satisfaction.
Develop and grow long-term relationships with customer base.
