Landscape Workshop in Dallas, TX is seeking a driven Business Development Manager to expand our commercial footprint across the US Southeast and beyond. You will own the full sales cycle—from prospecting and lead generation to proposal development and contract close—delivering tailored maintenance solutions that create lasting value for clients.

You will build a strong pipeline, cultivate relationships with commercial decision-makers, and collaborate with operations to ensure seamless service

Qualifications

Experience in B2B outside sales or business development.
Demonstrated success identifying prospects and converting opportunities into long-term clients.
Working knowledge of CRM systems and sales pipeline management tools.

Responsabilités

Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to proposal development and contract close.
Drive branch growth by identifying and securing new commercial maintenance clients.
Build a strong pipeline through networking, cold outreach, referrals, and strategic prospecting.
Develop meaningful relationships with prospective clients and key decision-makers.
Present customized service solutions that address client needs and create long-term value.
Collaborate with operations teams to ensure a seamless client experience and successful service delivery.
Maintain accurate pipeline activity and sales forecasting using CRM tools and established sales processes.
