Job summary

LandCare LLC in Grand Prairie, TX seeks a high-impact client service and business development professional. You will work closely with the Branch Manager, Production Manager, and production teams to grow meaningful client relationships, develop new business opportunities, and identify networking opportunities within the industry.

You will manage existing relationships, coordinate proposals and contracts, and promote sustainable outdoor environments that meet client objectives while maintaining

Qualifications

• Experience managing client relationships and retention programs.
• Ability to create proposals, contracts, and estimates.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proven networking and prospecting abilities.
• Experience coordinating between client and production teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive customer satisfaction and retention by understanding client needs.
• Provide excellent service and communication with focus on problem-solving.
• Promote high standards for customer service, safety, and LandCare culture.
• Coordinate between client expectations and production team to reflect quality.
• Create client proposals, contracts, and recommendations.
• Identify property maintenance needs and enhancement opportunities with QA process.
• Identify new business opportunities by cultivating relationships with existing customers.
• Prospect for potential clients and pursue new relationships through authentic relationship building.
• Lead networking events to foster relationships with customers and industry.
• Engage with property owners who value designed outdoor environments.
• Participate in programs focused on operational excellence.
• Engage in networking and growth opportunities through Women’s Initiative Network.
