Responsibilities

• Drive customer satisfaction and retention by understanding client needs and spaces.
• Provide excellent service and communication with focus on problem-solving.
• Promote high standards for customer service, safety, and LandCare's culture.
• Provide organizational management, leadership and communication between client and production team.
• Maintain LandCare's Landscape Quality Audit process with the Production Manager.
• Create client proposals, contracts, recommendations and estimates.
• Coordinate between client expectations and production reality to reflect quality.
• Promote sustainable landscapes that balance client needs and planet health.
• Identify new business opportunities by cultivating relationships with existing customers.
• Active prospecting and networking to foster relationships with potential clients.
• Lead networking events and represent LandCare in the industry.
• Engage with property owners who value thoughtfully designed outdoor environments.
• Participate in programs for operational excellence and professional growth.
