Job summary

Prestige Landscape Services is seeking an Account Manager to serve as a liaison between maintenance customers and operations. This role is the main point of contact, will inspect job sites, discuss timelines, and resolve issues while pursuing enhancements and contract renewals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ commercial landscaping maintenance experience.
• Experience managing project timelines, schedules, materials and crews.
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant programs (Horticulture, Business, Construction, Agriculture, etc) is a plus.
• Valid Driver’s Licence with clean driving record and ability to pass pre-employment background and drug screening.
• Strong communication skills with an ability to easily build rapport and long-term relationships.
• Comfortable using computers and other forms of technology.
• Ability to meet and/or exceed sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Manage, train and develop managers, crew leaders and/or team members in work responsibilities to ensure company policies and standards are met.
• Manage multiple annual maintenance contracts by proactively building relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and to generate opportunities for expansion of services.
• Ensure job quality and work performance and handle customer requests, problems and/or questions and ensure resolution.
• Complete orders for job materials, ensure work is scheduled and completed on time and in budget, and follow up with customers.
• Complete routine site visits and schedule inspections.
• Identify and solicit enhancements from customer accounts.
