Qualifications

• AMS Sagitta and ImageRight experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Foster a collaborative, high-performing team environment through leadership and mentorship.
• Support development and training of team members to strengthen technical expertise and service excellence.
• Maintain strong client relationships with consistent delivery of service standards.
• Partner with Producers, Account Executives, carrier partners, and internal stakeholders to meet client needs.
• Assist in staffing, onboarding, and team development initiatives.
