Alera Group, Inc. is seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager to support commercial insurance clients and service existing accounts.

This hybrid role partners with Producers and Account Managers to coordinate renewals, process policy changes, and deliver exceptional client experiences. The position balances client service with new business development, focusing on building relationships, identifying coverage improvements, and maintaining accurate policy documentation.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in personal lines insurance client service or account management.
• Working knowledge of insurance policies, forms, terminology, and coverage structures.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to explain coverage clearly.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and internet-based systems.

Aufgaben

• Serve as a trusted advisor to personal lines clients by managing and servicing an existing book of business.
• Review policies with clients to identify coverage gaps and recommend appropriate enhancements.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication, responsiveness, and follow-through.
• Submit and support claims with carriers, assisting clients through escalated claim issues as needed.
• Contribute to client retention and growth through referrals, cross-selling, and prospecting efforts.
