Qualifikationen

• 3 to 5+ years of experience in a Property & Casualty insurance environment
• Active Property & Casualty Insurance License required
• Strong knowledge of Property & Casualty coverages, policy forms, rating concepts, and loss analysis
• Leadership, supervisory, or account management experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications

Aufgaben

• Manage an assigned book of business including renewals, endorsements, policy changes, cancellations, and onboarding
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, carriers, underwriters, and vendor partners
• Evaluate client exposures and coverage needs while supporting underwriting and risk management
• Coordinate day-to-day account servicing for timely, accurate client support
• Ensure compliance with agency procedures, carrier requirements, and applicable regulations
• Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities
• Maintain accurate client information and documentation in agency systems
• Stay current on industry trends, carrier products, market conditions, and regulatory developments
